Spacious apartment, well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Beautiful villa with ample space for a large family. Clean and well-maintained accommodations. Access to a lovely courtyard with BBQ and garden. Large, warm, and clean pool with no overcrowding.

Apartment equipped with everything you need.Swimming pool very neat, very clean water . Hotel staff very friendly and attentive with children. Because we liked so much, we stay a day longer and we have done it if we have to go back to work. All very young team and no one bothered us with nothing. You can do whatever you wanted within the limits of common sense. A warm and relaxing and gladly recommend this place. You should not scare anyone that this place is near the beach, unless you want a lot of agitation. We were by car and we could walk all over the area, Varna, Albena, Balchik, etc..

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for us, as it was very close to the Black Sea coast. The hotel offered spacious and well-equipped apartments with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the pool itself was big and inviting. We also appreciated the on-site restaurant, which had a good variety of delicious food and impeccable service.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met.

I liked the position of the complex, staff and food in the restaurant witch is not expensive.

The hotel has a spa aspect, is very modern and has an excellent pool. Breakfast is not expensive and is really ok, the room was big and clean, many appliances (dish washer, microwave) and also the balcony was big and the aircon functioning well/

We were 4 in the apartament (as stated we took a 4 people apartment). The bed in the bedroom was ok but in the living room it was another bed for 2 pers. That bed was the only problem, we had trouble sleeping in it because it had a shaky metal frame, the matress was small and uneven and the sleeping position was really rough.

The hotel had excellent facilities including a big and clean pool with a children's area, a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden with a barbeque. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping us change our check-in date without any hassle. The location in the villas area was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed a lovely walk in the nearby hills.

I liked the location and the surroundings, but the stiudio was smaller then 32 square meters, and the facilities werent included in the price of the room you have to pay extra for everything....

The quietness of the area was the best quality, alongside with the lack of crowdedness within the complex, probably due to the period we've chosen for the holiday. The restaurant was ok.

Cleaning staff only appeared 4 times during our 9 days-length vacation. Sheets were not changed one single time, contrarily of what the manager told us before the trip. Rooms are poorly insulated for noise, we were constantly bothered by the upstairs neighbors.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, but with all due respect, I would not rank the resort as 4 stars hotel.

Great views and affordable prices!

My partner and I chose this hotel for our romantic escape, and we did like the beautiful views of the mountains and the tranquil location. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was polite and helpful. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near various restaurants and cafes, and getting around was easy thanks to the nearby bus station and taxi stand.

During my recent family vacation, we stayed at a fantastic villa with plenty of space for everyone. the cleanliness was exceptional and we enjoyed having access to a small courtyard with a barbecue. the location was also perfect, as it was close to Varna airport and just 10 minutes away from Albena beach. we loved the restaurant area with interesting decorations on the wall and delicious food.

The towels and sheets were not always changed without insisting, which was a minor inconvenience.

Except for the things mentioned below, everything was ok. We were very pleased with our stay - the rooms, the pool were very clean. Nice staff, helpfull and polite. And everything for a very good price.

The fact that one must make a 50 eur guarantee deposit (refundable at the end of the sojurn, if there's nothing broken or missing in the room(s), which is not mentioned anywhere before or even after the reservation. Also, they were very insistent to pay before the last day for the whole sojurn. (I'm used to pay when I'm leaving, not before)... I was here a year ago and none of these 'rules' were in action then. Another minus from our previous visit is the fact that there was no entertainment/activities during the day at all.

Breakfast was suitable for workers during harsh winter temperatures,very very heavy;you should give an option for people who(must) eat healthy;i preferred free choice of breakfast you had last year...In my group only romanian guys liked the breakfast,because they are used to 1000000 calories every morning.
